Fellow shopper's kindness overwhelming

A few weeks ago we were at Walmart to get a few items. We allowed a man to go in front of us to be checked out with his wife.

After they were checked out and left, we were told by the cashier that they had left $25 for us to pay for our order because we had let them go first.

Needless to say we were shocked and deeply overwhelmed. In this day of so many against each other, would someone be this kind to a stranger?

It has taken much thought and prayer as to what to do with this money. We were put in touch with a church group that supports an orphanage in Haiti. They were in the midst of raising money to match a gift they had already been given.

We doubled the original amount which would be doubled again by their matching fund.

We pray the folks who so graciously left the money with the cashier that day will see this and know that their act of kindness is helping an orphanage in Haiti.
