State police and community members continue their search for a 45-year-old Fairview Township man who has been missing since Friday afternoon.

Shawn C. Kelly left his home in a black 2012 Ford Fusion vehicle with a Pennsylvania license plate JPL-4916. Butler State Police are investigating his disappearance and urge anyone with information to call them at 724-284-8100. From the photograph provided by police, Kelly appears to be a white, bald male. Police couldn't provide any other information.

On a Facebook page dedicated to Kelly's disappearance, a user who identified herself as Kelly's wife said he was scheduled for a medical appointment in Cleveland on Monday morning but never showed up.
