The following items were collected from various police departments:

10:44 p.m. Saturday — Kyle J. Forsythe, 24, of West Sunbury, was charged with driving under the influence after he lost control of his vehicle while driving east on Branchton Road in Cherry Township. Police said Forsythe was driving through a left-hand curve, Forsythe lost control of his car and it flipped over. Forsythe suffered suspected minor injuries.7:30 p.m. Saturday — An unknown person stole a black Toyota RAV4 that was parked on Lutherlyn Lane in Connoquenessing Township. At an unknown location, the vehicle sustained major damage to the front quarter panel. The vehicle was returned to the spot from which it was taken. Police believe the car was involved in a hit-and-run crash. The victim is a 42-year-old Prospect woman.9:34 a.m. Saturday — While driving north on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township, Glenn A. Caruso, 66, of Glenshaw, hit a deer that jumped onto the highway. The car was disabled from the damage. Caruso and his two passengers were not injured.9:08 p.m. Friday — Nathan D. Smith, 38, of Sligo, was driving on Oneida Valley Road when the front left tire fell off, dropping the car's undercarriage to scrape on the road. The car was disabled. Smith was not injured.3:57 p.m. Friday — Craig A. Church, 63, of Saxonburg, attempted to drive onto Oneida Valley Road before it was cleared, causing a second vehicle to crash into his car. No injuries were reported.1 p.m. Thursday — An 84-year-old Cabot woman was scammed out of $5,000 by an unknown person from Wisconsin. Police continue to investigate.1:27 p.m. Oct. 15 — While driving East on Unionville Road, Keith A. Lumley, 53, of Butler, flipped his car over and sustained minor injuries. Lumley told police he saw a car approaching the intersection of Unionville and Isle Roads. He said that he thought the car was going to pull out in front of him, so he hit his brakes suddenly, causing his car to flip over.
