SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggarty recently heard these cases:

Lisa Jo Seibel, 54, of Zelienople, waived to court charges including two counts of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and single counts of careless driving and failure to signal, filed Sept. 17 by Zelienople Police.

Jacob J. Mark, 39, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived to court two charges of DUI and a single count of disregarding traffic lanes, filed on Sept. 21 by Middlesex Township Police.

Dennis J. Rauch Jr., 36, of Clearfield, Clearfield County, waived to court three counts of possession of controlled substances, five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, plus a weapon charge, driving with a suspended license and speeding. The charges were filed on Nov. 25, 2019 by State Police in Kittanning.
