Sentencings

Judge William Shaffer handed down the following sentences Thursday:

Paul S. Eardley, 62, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to two years of probation for simple assault. Eardley was charged Feb. 23, 2018, and pleaded guilty Aug. 31.

Luke J. Jenkins, 36, of East Pittsburgh was sentenced to time served to one year in jail and one year of probation for forgery. Jenkins was charged Aug. 11, 2017, and pleaded guilty Dec. 5, 2019.

Scott W. Braden, 38, of Oakmont was sentenced to 364 days to one year in jail and two years of probation for identity theft. Braden was charged Aug. 17, 2018, and pleaded guilty Oct. 5. Braden was sentenced to an identical punishment for theft, for which he was charged Aug. 17, 2018, and pleaded guilty Oct. 5.

Samantha Jo Olsen, 34, of Farrell was sentenced to two years of probation for receiving stolen property. Olsen was charged Feb. 8, 2018, and pleaded guilty Feb. 12.

Paul S. Eardley, 62, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to five years of probation, a $2,000 fine and 100 hours of community service for driving under the influence. Eardley was charged July 29, 2019, and pleaded guilty Aug. 31, 2020.

Samantha Jo Ray, 34, of Farrell was sentenced to two and half years of probation for two counts of retail theft. Ray was charged Feb. 14, 2018, and pleaded guilty Feb. 12.
