1 person flown to hospital after Butler Crossing crash

One person was flown to a hospital after a two-vehicle collision at a traffic way at the Butler Crossing shopping plaza in Butler Township Wednesday.

The crash happened about 11:25 a.m. when a 63-year-old Butler woman driving a Ford Escape pulled out from the stop sign and T-boned a Mercury Sable, police said.

A 22-year-old pregnant Butler Township woman was driving the Mercury, township police said.

The other driver and her husband, who was riding in the Ford, were not injured.

All three occupants were able to get out of their vehicles on their own. Both vehicles will be towed, police said.
