The Freedom Road Turnpike bridge in Cranberry Township will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 10 p.m. Friday until 6 a.m. Monday.

Detours will be posted. Directions for detours are as follows:

• Route 19 northbound traffic should continue north on Route 19, turn left on Cranberry Square Drive and left on Executive Drive.

• Route 228 and westbound Freedom Road traffic should take Route 19 north, turn left on Cranberry Square Drive and left on Executive Drive

• Route 19 southbound traffic should continue to follow Route 19 south, turn right on Thorn Hill Road, right on Commonwealth Drive, then back to Freedom Road.

• Freedom Road eastbound traffic should travel right on Commonwealth Drive and left on Thorn Hill Road to Route 19 North.

PennDOT requests that the public follow social distancing guidelines and avoid contact with construction personnel.
