Butler PoliceSaturday — Crystal L. Singe, 36, of Butler, was arrested on charges she made $637.75 in fraudulent transactions using a Butler man’s debit card without his permission July 6.Police obtained a search warrant July 24 for surveillance video from the ATM at First Commonwealth Bank as part of their investigation. Later, photos obtained from the video identified Singer as the suspect, according to court documents.She was arraigned on a felony charge of access device fraud, and placed in Butler County Prison in lieu of $2,000 bond.12:41 p.m. Thursday — A Beaver County teenager was arrested after he allegedly assaulted his mother during a domestic dispute at her home on the 300 block of South Monroe Street.The victim told police that her son, Xavion L. Walker, 19, of Beaver Falls, shoved her out the front door and onto the porch, according to court documents. The woman suffered injuries including redness to her left arm and above the right eye.Walker was arraigned on a charge of simple assault, and he was released on nonmonetary bail.

Butler Twp Police5:49 p.m. Wednesday — A vehicle driven by Jasmine L. Hatcher, 24, of Butler, struck another vehicle at New Castle and South Duffy roads. Debra Scott, 39, of Butler, was the other driver. No one was injured, but both vehicles had to be towed. Police cited Hatcher for running a red light.6:30 a.m. July 24 — Police arrested a York County man for drugged driving after a traffic stop on Route 8 near Litman Road. The suspect, Jamir D. Gray, 26, of York, also allegedly had marijuana and other contraband.Gray was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and failing to stop at a red light. He is free on $5,000 bail.

State Police, ButlerFriday — Police obtained a felony arrest warrant for a Beaver County man accused of stealing a woman’s car from Red Brush Road in Cherry Township. The car, which was reported stolen July 3, was found July 5 in Boardman, Ohio. The suspect, Dustin L. Stoner, 25, of Rochester, is charged with a felony count of theft.Stoner also is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, a misdemeanor.11:50 a.m. Thursday — Madeline Webb, 24, of Slippery Rock, was arrested after police were called for a disturbance on Sanderson Road in Slippery Rock Township. She is facing a charge of criminal mischief.4:15 p.m. Wednesday — Christopher D. Gaiser, 37, of Prospect, was not injured after he laid down his Kawasaki motorcycle on Eagle Mill Road in Connoquenessing Township. Police said he fled the scene of the crash. He was wearing a helmet.Gaiser was cited for failing to immediately notify police of an accident, driving on the wrong side of the road and driving a vehicle without valid inspection.6 p.m. Tuesday — No one was injured when a sport utility vehicle driven by Gary T. Young, 30, of Harmony, struck a car on Route 68 just north of Main Street in Connoquenessing Township. Martha E. Shoop, 57, of Zelienople, was the other driver. Police cited Young for following too closely to another vehicle.3:28 p.m. July 26 — A car driven by Avis K. Ganoe, 74, of Foxburg, collided with another car on Route 268 just south of Route 58 in Hovey Township, Armstrong County. A 16-year-old Chicora girl was the other driver. No one was injured, but both cars had to be towed. Police cited Ganoe for a stop sign violation.10:22 p.m. July 25 — A car driven by Douglas H. Martin, 32, of Jackson Center, Mercer County, struck a deer on Route 173 just east of Walker Lane in Brady Township. He was not injured, but his car had to be towed. The deer was killed.8:45 p.m. July 25 — Larry A. Hepfl, 63, of Renfrew, suffered apparent minor injuries after he lost control of his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and traveled into a yard on Eagle Mill Road in Connoquenessing Township. He was not wearing a helmet.2:43 p.m. July 23 — A pickup driven by Ryan A. Glagola, 28, of Butler, struck a guardrail before hitting a garage along Herman Road in Summit Township. He was not injured, but his truck had to be towed.Police cited Glagola for driving a vehicle without insurance, driving too fast for conditions and disregarding traffic lanes.July 15 — Dylan M. Bowman, 31, of Prospect, was charged with driving under the influence stemming from a traffic stop about 12:50 a.m. July 5 on Prospect Road at Route 8 in Brady Township.Bowman is charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI, driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs, driving a vehicle without valid inspection, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving.

State Police, Armstrong4:52 p.m. July 26 — Kane R. Gervasoni, 26, of Pittsburgh, was allegedly caught with marijuana and other contraband following a traffic stop on Route 422 near Mile Long Hill Road in North Buffalo Township.In addition to possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, Gervasoni is charged with speeding, driving an unregistered vehicle and a seat belt violation.

State Police, Mercer4:33 p.m. July 25 — Three people were hurt in a two-vehicle crash in Springfield Township. The wreck happened when a sport utility vehicle driven by Danielle L. Downing, 33, of Mercer, struck another SUV.Downing and the other driver, Kathryn L. Dean, 64, of New Castle, and Dean’s passenger, Donna L. Sipe, 58, of New Castle, all suffered suspected minor injuries. Dean and Sipe were taken to Grove City Medical Center. Police cited Downing for driving too fast for conditions.
