A quiet afternoon in the city's Island neighborhood was disturbed when a vehicle crashed into an unattended parked car Wednesday, June 24, 2020, on West Wayne Street, according to eyewitnesses. A woman who was allegedly driving the vehicle was arrested after the crash by Butler City Police, who declined to comment. Afterward, the red car was towed away.ANDIE HANNON/BUTLER EAGLE
