Mustello deserves to be returned to House

In a few weeks our state will be holding our delayed Republican primary election. The winner of that election will represent the Republican Party in the general election this fall.

If there is anything we should have learned from this pandemic it is how critical it is that we vote and vote wisely. We’ve observed the tyrannical actions taken by certain state governors and their assemblies.

States such as New York, Michigan, Virginia, and to a slightly lesser degree, Pennsylvania have used this opportunity to violate citizens freedoms in the name of safety.

In this upcoming election we will have a choice between Mr. Ron Covert and Representative Marci MustelIo.

I can’t speak for Mr. Covert, but I’m sure he’s a fine man. I have known Marci Mustello since the early 1990s and have always admired her energy, her work ethic, and her dedication to our area’s citizens.

During those years I watched her successfully manage the offices of Congessman Phil English and Mike Kelley. When our state Rep., Brian Ellis resigned, Marci was elected as his replacement.

In all those endeavors Marci has been a strong advocate for her constituents, regardless of party affiliation. She always goes the extra mile to see that their needs are met and their opinions are heard. Most recently Marci was instrumental in getting Gov. Wolf to open up Butler County.

This is precisely the type of experience, leadership and citizen advocate we need in Harrisburg

I ask that we all vote wisely and vote for Marci Mustello, but most of all vote.
