Butler Memorial Hospital thanked for care

One year ago, on March 17, 2019, a loved one from our family went to the emergency room at Butler Memorial Hospital for what we believed to be the flu.

The condition escalated rapidly, and the patient remained at BMH for one month in the ICU unit in the Towers and then transferred to Mercy Hospital for extensive rehab and stayed there for a month as well. This letter is being written to commend the Butler Memorial Hospital and its staff.

First, our gratitude is extended to our Almighty God for his gracious mercy and provision. The staff, facilities and equipment that were needed and provided at BMH were exactly what the patient needed. The facility accommodated many family members, and the staff’s patient regard for those visitors and relatives is commendable.

We are ever thankful for the professional and skillful care given by nurses, doctors, aides and social workers.
