Sentencing Court

Judge Timothy McCune handed down the following sentences on Wednesday:

Lisa M. Wincek, 40, of Butler was sentenced to 25 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia. Wincek was charged Feb. 26 and pleaded guilty Jan. 22. In a second case, Wincek was sentenced to six months of probation with the first 15 days on house arrest, 60 hours of community service and a $300 fine for driving under the influence. Wincek was charged Sept. 11, 2018, and pleaded guilty Jan. 22.

Wayne C. Hammerstrom, 33, of Fenelton was sentenced to one year of probation, a restitution order and 50 hours of community service for receiving stolen property. Hammerstrom was charged Aug. 21 and pleaded guilty Feb. 5.

Logan H. Fleck, 28, of Lagrange, Ohio was sentenced to five years of probation with the first 105 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring, 100 hours of community service and a $1,500 fine for driving under the influence. Fleck was granted credit for time already served. Fleck was charged June 3, 2018, and pleaded guilty Dec. 10.

Crystal L. Singer, 35, of East Brady was sentenced to six months of probation for possession of drug paraphernalia. Singer was charged Aug. 10 and pleaded guilty Feb. 5. This sentence is running simultaneously with another. In a second case, she was sentenced to six months of probation and 25 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia. Singer was charged March 13, 2019, and pleaded guilty Feb. 5. In a third case, she was sentenced to six months of probation and 25 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia. Singer was charged April 28, 2019, and pleaded guilty Feb. 5.

Kevin L. Walker, 53, of Butler was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail, 60 hours of community service and a $1,000 fine for driving under the influence. Walker was charged July 24 and pleaded guilty Jan. 17.

Brent A. Baker, 53, of Oil City was sentenced to six months to one year in jail for retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft. Baker was immediately paroled. He was charged Sept. 27 and pleaded guilty March 4.

Jack J. Fleming, 45, of Butler was sentenced to six months to one year in jail and a $100 fine for simple assault. Fleming was charged Oct. 20, 2016, and pleaded guilty March 4.

Matthew R. Tilko, 31, of Butler was sentenced to five years of probation with the first 30 days in jail, then 75 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring, 100 hours of community service and a $1,500 fine for driving under the influence. Tilko was charged April 29, 2019, and pleaded guilty Jan. 22. In a second case, Tilko was sentenced to one year of probation and 25 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia. Tilko was charged June 28, 2018, and pleaded guilty Jan. 22.

David G. Hoover, 35, of Cheswick was sentenced to nine to 18 months in jail, one year of probation and 25 hours of community service for conspiracy to commit retail theft and retail theft. Hoover was charged March 29, 2019 and pleaded guilty Feb. 11.

Eric Tapia, 35, of Butler was sentenced to five years of probation with the first 105 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring, 50 hours of community service and a $1,500 fine for driving under the influence. Tapia was charged Sept. 9 and pleaded guilty Jan. 21.

Nicole Deusanio, 32, of Chicora was sentenced to 30 months of probation and 50 hours of community service for forgery. Deusanio was charged July 19 and pleaded guilty Feb. 5.

Cody J. Delaney, 23, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation, $600 in fines and 40 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence. Delaney was charged March 25, 2019, and pleaded guilty Jan. 14.

David J. Evans, 44, of Butler was sentenced to three to six months in jail and 50 hours of community service for the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Evans was immediately paroled. Evans was charged Aug. 30 and pleaded guilty Feb. 25.

Carlos A. Mancia-Funes, 27, of Cranberry Township was sentenced to 11 months in jail, 13 months of probation, a $500 fine and 50 hours of community service for driving under the influence. He was given credit for time already served. Mancia-Funes was charged Oct. 22 and pleaded guilty March 4. In a second case, Mancia-Funes was sentenced to 90 days to one year in jail, four years of probation and $1,600 in fines for driving under the influence and accident involving damage to an attended vehicle. Mancia-Funes was charged Jan. 24, 2019, and pleaded guilty March 4.

Gwen Dush, 64, of Cranberry Township was sentenced to one year of probation and a $100 fine for simple assault. Dush was charged Oct. 2 and pleaded no contest Feb. 5.

Richard K. Blain, 58, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation for disorderly conduct. Blain was charged Sept. 3 and pleaded guilty March 3.

Amber Walsh, 25, of Butler was sentenced to one year of probation and a $50 fine for forgery. Walsh was charged Sept. 5 and pleaded guilty Feb. 5.

Cody Lee Lewis Holland, 25, of Ellwood City was sentenced to six months to a year in jail for possession of a controlled substance. He was immediately paroled. Holland was charged Oct. 29, 2018, and pleaded guilty Jan. 22. In a second case, Holland was sentenced to six months to a year in jail for possession of a controlled substance. He was immediately paroled. Holland was charged Oct. 29, 2018, and pleaded guilty Jan. 22. In a third case, Holland was sentenced to six months to a year in jail, one year of probation and 25 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance. Holland was charged April 9, 2019, and pleaded guilty Jan. 22.
