Judge William Shaffer handed down the following sentences Thursday:

Joshua J. Howland, 31, of Hilliards was sentenced to 10 days to six months in jail, a $1,000 fine and 60 hours of community service for driving under the influence. Howland was immediately paroled, but he must spend the first 10 days of his parole on house arrest with electronic monitoring. Howland was charged June 13 and pleaded guilty Jan. 15. In a second case, Howland was sentenced to one year of probation for recklessly endangering another person. Howland was charged Aug. 10 and pleaded guilty Jan. 15. Howland’s sentences are running concurrently.

Joshua G. Erdner, 40, of Bakerstown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail, a $1,000 fine and 60 hours of community service for driving under the influence. Erdner was charged Oct. 1 and pleaded guilty Feb. 10.

Alexandria M. George, 27, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to one year of probation and must pay a restitution order for retail theft. George was charged Aug. 12 and pleaded guilty Feb. 10.

Sabrina Eisenberg, 47, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to six to 23 months in jail followed by one year of probation for felony retail theft. She must also pay a restitution order. Eisenberg was charged Oct. 4 and pleaded guilty Feb. 11. In a second case, Eisenberg was sentenced to six to 23 months in jail followed by one year of probation for retail theft. Eisenberg was charged Sept. 27 and pleaded guilty Feb. 11. Eisenberg’s two sentences are running concurrently.

Steven W. Dunmire, 26, of Butler was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail, a $1,000 fine and 60 hours of community service for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Dunmire was immediately paroled, but he must spend the first seven days of his parole on house arrest with electronic monitoring. Dunmire was charged April 3 and pleaded guilty Feb. 3. In a second case, Dunmire was sentenced to 90 days to one year in jail followed by four years of probation, 100 hours of community service and a $1,500 fine for driving under the influence. Dunmire was immediately paroled on the condition that he serve the first 105 days of his parole on house arrest with electronic monitoring. Dunmire was charged on Feb. 27, 2019, and pleaded guilty on Feb. 3. In a third case, Dunmire was sentenced to time served to one year in jail for possession of a controlled substance. With time already served, he was immediately paroled. Dunmire was charged on June 24 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 3. In a fourth case, Dunmire was sentenced to two years of probation for flight to avoid apprehension. This case is being served concurrently with the others. He was charged on Aug. 19 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 3.

Jared Tomochak, 34, of Aliquippa was sentenced to one year of probation for criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft and retail theft. Tomochak was charged on Oct. 1 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 3.

Vantelle M. English, 23, of Ambridge was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail, pay a $1,000 fine and serve 60 hours of community service for driving under the influence. English was charged on July 26, 2017. English pleaded guilty on Oct. 28. In a second case, English was sentenced to 30 days to 23 and a half months in jail for possession with intent to deliver. He received 14 days of credit for time already served. English was charged on Jan. 3, 2019, and pleaded guilty on Oct. 28. In a third case, English was sentenced to 18 months of probation for possession with intent to deliver. He was charged on Jan. 3, 2019, and pleaded guilty on Oct. 28. In a fourth case, English was sentenced to 18 months of probation for possession with intent to deliver. He was charged on Jan. 3, 2019, and pleaded guilty on Oct. 28. This sentence is running concurrently with the others.

Tyler J. Karch, 31, of Butler was sentenced to one to two years in prison, two years of probation, a $1,500 fine and 150 hours of community service for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Karch was charged on March 1, 2018, and pleaded guilty on Feb. 11. In a second case, Karch was sentenced to 6 months to two years in prison followed by two years of probation for terroristic threats. Karch was charged on June 2 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 11. In a third case, Karch was sentenced to six months to two years in jail followed by two years of probation for retail theft. Karch was charged on Oct. 26 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 11.

Michael D. Wilson, 34, of Kittanning was sentenced to one year of probation and must pay a restitution order for theft. Wilson was charged on Nov. 15, 2018, and pleaded guilty on Feb. 10.

Gordon Cooper, 56, of Sarver was sentenced to six months of probation for disorderly conduct. Cooper was charged on Sept. 23 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 3.

James H. Rooks, 38, of Butler was sentenced to time served to 23 months in jail followed by one year of probation for theft and simple assault. Rooks was immediately paroled. He was charged on June 30 and pleaded guilty on Jan. 28.

Michelle M. Osselborn, 39, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation, 60 hours of community service and a $300 fine for driving under the influence. Osselborn was charged on July 29 and pleaded guilty on Jan. 31.

Duane F. Session, 50, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to six months of probation and must pay a $50 fine for disorderly conduct. Session was charged on Sept. 3 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 12.

Robert Lee Smith, 30, of Butler was sentenced to 90 to 180 days in jail, a total of 54 months of probation, 100 hours of community service and a $1,500 fine for possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence. Smith was charged on May 28 and pleaded guilty on Sept. 23.
