Five new businesses moving into Westinghouse Electric Co.'s headquarters

CRANBERRY TWP — Five new businesses have or are moving into the Cranberry Woods campus that houses Westinghouse Electric Co.'s headquarters.

According to Jerry Andree, Cranberry township manager, the businesses filed for occupancy permits in the sprawling, more than 823,000-square-foot campus sold by Columbia Property Trust in January. Andree said Monday Ally Financial, Pensiamo, RDX Technologies and South College filed for occupancy within the past 12 months.

Ally Financial is a primarily online bank offering automotive loans and savings accounts; Pensiamo, an affiliate of UPMC, aims to save health care costs through supply chain management; RDX Technologies is an energy services and water treatment company headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz.; and South College a for-profit, online nursing school.

PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services is the newest-announced tenant to move into the sprawling headquarters. That company provides physical, massage and occupational therapy. Andree said while the company reports having approximately 700 employees, he expects many of them to be remote workers.

Jones Lang LaSalle worked to move the tenants into the campus. The company worked to broker the sale of the property between Columbia Property Trust and the new buyer, determined through records to be Fortress Investment Group, though that name has not yet been publicly announced.\
