Sentencing Court

Judge William Shaffer handed down the following sentences on Thursday:

Colton E. McCaffrey, 24, of Mars was sentenced to three years of probation and a $750 fine for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. McCaffrey was charged April 25 and pleaded guilty Dec. 30

Levi A. Wickert, 24, of Leechburg was sentenced to 30 days to six months in jail, a $750 fine and 50 hours of community service for driving under the influence. Wickert was immediately paroled. He was charged June 20 and pleaded guilty Jan. 15.

Jonathan D. Felock, 40, of Butler was sentenced to one year of probation for retail theft. Felock was charged Oct. 16 and pleaded guilty Feb. 3.

Charles J. Cunningham Jr., 44, of Petrolia was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail and 60 hours of community service for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Cunningham was immediately paroled. He was charged Dec. 23, 2014, and pleaded guilty Jan. 31. In a second case, he was sentenced to nine to 18 months in jail followed by 42 months of probation, $2,500 in fines and 100 hours of community service for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license with a blood alcohol concentration greater than .02. Cunningham was charged Sept. 9 and pleaded guilty Jan. 31.

Justin M. Angerett, 28, of Butler was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Angerett received credit for time already served, allowing him to be immediately paroled. He was charged April 29 and pleaded guilty Jan. 6.

Scott B. Spahn, 50, of Valencia was sentenced to three months to a year in jail followed by two years of probation for terroristic threats and simple assault. Spahn was charged Sept. 27 and pleaded guilty Jan. 6.

Paradise L. Wilson, 28, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to a total of one year of probation for resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wilson was charged Nov. 18, 2018, and pleaded guilty Jan. 6.

Joseph Germanoski, 32, of Cranberry Township was sentenced to two years of probation and a $250 fine as well as a restitution order for a charge of conspiracy to commit retail theft. Germanoski was charged Feb. 22, 2019, and pleaded guilty Jan. 13.

John T. Tirk, 43, of Butler was sentenced to two years of probation for disorderly conduct. Tirk was charged June 29 and pleaded guilty Jan. 15.

Kevin D. McMillen, 29, of Butler was sentenced to six to 12 months in jail and a $2,500 fine. McMillen was paroled with the condition that he spends the first six months of parole on house arrest with electronic monitoring.

James L. Jones Jr., 37, of East McKeesport was sentenced to six to 12 months in jail followed by four years of probation for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license with a blood alcohol concentration greater than .02. Jones must also pay $2,500 in fines and serve 120 hours of community service. Jones was paroled with the condition that he spends the first six months of parole on house arrest with electronic monitoring. Jones was charged Jan. 28, 2019, and pleaded guilty Jan. 15.

Dale Enders, 37, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to time served to one year in jail followed by one year of probation for conspiracy to commit theft. Enders was charged June 23, 2017, and pleaded guilty Jan. 16.

Skyler R. Hufnagel, 19, of Butler was sentenced to 10 days to six months in jail, 60 hours of community service and a $1,000 fine for driving under the influence. Hufnagel was immediately paroled with the agreement that he would spend the first 10 days of his parole on house arrest with electronic monitoring. Hufnagel was charged Jan. 22, 2019, and pleaded guilty Jan. 6.

John Wayne O’Donnell, 38, of Butler was sentenced to one year of probation for disorderly conduct. O’Donnell was charged July 27 and pleaded guilty Dec. 4.

Mark A. Boyce, 32, of McKeesport was sentenced to six months of probation and 25 hours of community service, and he must pay a $300 fine for driving under the influence. Boyce was charged April 1 and pleaded guilty Jan. 7.

Zantae W. Weltner, 20, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to one year of probation for simple assault. Weltner was charged Aug. 24 and pleaded guilty Jan. 6.
