Scott Hutchinson

State Sen. Scott Hutchinson, R-21st, has announced he will seek re-election for a third term.

Hutchinson was first elected to the senate in 2013 after serving in the state’s House of Representatives for the 64th District from 1992 to 2012.

Hutchinson said as a senator for the 21st District, he will fight for the values of rural Northwestern Pennsylvania.

The 21st District includes all of Venango, Clarion and Forest counties, and large portions of Warren and Butler counties.
