Karns City rallies in 4th quarter to beat RV

Chase Beighley scored 13 of his game-high 30 points in the fourth quarter to lead a Karns City rally that resulted in a 67-61 boys basketball victory over Redbank Valley Friday night.

The host Gremlins (11-6) trailed by eight points heading into the final quarter before outscoring the Bulldogs 26-12.

Beighley also had nine rebounds and six assists.

Freshman Micah Rupp pitched in 11 points and 12 rebounds and Ethan McElroy hit for 11 points and eight boards. He also had two big 3-pointers in the fourth quarter.
