B’NAI ABRAHAM

The Kabbalah lesson will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Thursday.

The Shabbat service will be at 7 p.m. Friday.

Religious school will be from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday.

B’nai Abraham will host members of the newly formed Butler Clergy Network who want to support the synagogue in light of the recent anti-Semitic acts and threats, both local and nationwide. They join the congregation at the regular service at 7 p.m. Jan. 31.

Per their request, they will not be participating, but supporting us with their presence.

BUTLER CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE

Butler First Church of the Nazarene has Chrisann Green providing the special music Sunday.

CHRIST COMMUNITY UNITED METHODIST

Christ Community United Methodist Church accepts tuna and noodles for the St. Vincent DePaul Food Cupboard. Place in baskets in the narthex.

There is no pastor’s book study Thursday.

A potluck luncheon is noon Sunday. Take a dish to share, beverages will be provided.

The Men’s Group will meet at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday at Eat’n Park, 214 New Castle Road.

Join in “Hope Blooms in our Hearts” that benefit the American Cancer Society by ordering daffodils. Order forms are available on the bulletin board and in Sunday bulletins.

COVENANT PRESBYTERIAN

Covenant Presbyterian Church will have the annual charity Souper Bowl luncheon at 12:15 p.m. Sunday. For a donation guests will receive a selection of homemade soups, crackers, bread, cookie and a drink.

FAITH UNITED PRESBYTERIAN

Faith United Presbyterian Church will have 9:30 a.m. Sunday school and a 10:30 a.m. Sunday worship service.

The AA group meets at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

WW meets at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Wednesday, 10 a.m. Jan. 30 and 8:30 a.m. Feb. 1.

FIRST BAPTIST

The Ladies’ Outreach Ministry of First Baptist Church is from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at the church.

Chili Bowl 2020 will be at 5 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Youth Center during Family Game Night. Take a pot of chili to enter in the competition or just to share, a 2-liter bottle of soda to share and a game to play.

Sunday’s service schedule begins with 9:45 a.m. Sunday school classes followed by a 1 a.m. worship service. There will also be a Gideon presentation at the 6 p.m. worship service.

FIRST ENGLISH LUTHERAN

The annual congregational meeting of First English Lutheran Church will be Sunday following the 10 a.m. worship service. Sunday school is at 9:15 a.m.

GRACE @ CALVARY LUTHERAN

Grace’s Closet at Grace @ Calvary Lutheran Church, a free clothing bank is open to the public from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday. The closet is open the second and fourth Saturday of each month. Donations of clothing can be dropped off between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, or any Saturday the closet is open.

An all-church worship service will be at 9:45 a.m. Sunday with guest pastor Matt Geppert of the Southeast Asia Prayer Center in Oakmont.

Trinity Presbyterian Church will have a congregational meeting following the 10:30 a.m. Sunday worship service.

Bible study is available at 9:30 a.m. Mondays with the quilt/Bible study group.
