POLICE REPORTS

The following items are gathered from various police departments.

5:54 a.m. Wednesday — While traveling east on Old Route 422 in Clearfield Township, a vehicle driven by Ashton E. Pakutz, 30, of Chicora, went off an embankment and flew into the air while rotating a full 180 degrees. The car landed on the rear end. Pakutz suffered unknown injuries to her head and shoulder and was transported to ACM Hospital near Kittanning.

1:32 a.m. Wednesday — Police are looking for a person believed to be 5-foot-7-inches to 5-foot-11-inches who stole a number of items, including Social Security cards, from a vehicle in Eau Claire.

6:17 p.m. Tuesday — Abriana Moyer, 25, of Sharon was driving north on Interstate 79 near mile marker 93 when a deer ran out onto the road. Moyer hit the deer and suffered a suspected minor injury, but was not transported.

7:52 p.m. Sunday — A 45-year-old Butler woman reported that someone stole gas from a vehicle parked on the victim's property. Police are investigating.

10:05 a.m. Sunday — A pair of Parker residents were arrested after a verbal altercation turned violent. Police responded to a hang-up call from 143 Washington St., Parker City, Armstrong County. Police said they found Jordan Walters, 21, of Parker and Jennifer Fezza, 38, of Parker, who both had minor injuries. Police said the two had argued Sunday morning, before both Walters and Fezza started throwing objects at one another. Both were arrested and charged with simple assault and harassment.

9 p.m. Saturday — A 64-year-old Butler man reported a theft of a Pittsburgh automotive motorcycle lift, valued at $100.

1:29 a.m. Saturday — Wendy C. Hickman, 29, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence after she crashed her 2012 Chevrolet Equinox on Pittsburgh Road in Penn Township. Police said Hickman failed to stop when officers attempted a traffic stop and crashed the vehicle into an impact attenuator in the center of the road. Hickman was not hurt in the crash.

9:45 p.m. Jan. 10 — A 34-year-old Butler man was arrested outside Sheetz at 1518 N. Main St. Ext. in Center Township. Police were called to a welfare check on a driver who was in a parked vehicle. Police said they made contact with the driver, interviewed him and searched his vehicle. They found heroin inside the vehicle.

9:18 p.m. Jan. 10 — Destiny M. Chamoun, 19, of Parker, was driving south on William Flinn Highway when she crossed the crest of a hill with an approaching vehicle making a left in front of her. Chamoun braked, but her car swerved and she drove off the road and hit an embankment. She suffered unknown injuries.

10 a.m. Jan. 10 — Police investigated a report of criminal mischief at the Petroleum Valley Youth Center in Fairview Township. Police said they found the gate leading into the youth center was driven through and destroyed. Police said it looks as though the actor crashed through the gate from the inside going out. Witnesses generated a timeline for the incident, which occurred between Jan. 9 and Jan. 10. Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to contact state police at 724-284-8100.10:58 a.m. Jan. 8 — Joseph M. Beaver, 63, of Wellsburg, W.Va., was charged with speeding after he crashed his truck on I-79 near mile marker 78 in Cranberry Township. Police said Beaver lost control of the vehicle and spun out, causing the truck to hit the median and land on its side. Beaver was not hurt in the crash.1:05 p.m. Jan. 5 — Police were dispatched to Pipestem Road in Cherry Township for a report of criminal mischief. Investigation revealed an unknown actor drove a vehicle, believed to be a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado, through a hayfield on private property. Police are investigating.
