I have lived in a peaceful neighborhood for 40 years, until two years ago.

A young male moved in and has been nothing but a disturbance of the peace.

He runs all loud exhaust vehicles, well beyond the legal decibel. He can be heard coming home from three blocks away. It wouldn’t be such a big deal, but he runs up and down the road suspiciously. Repeatedly coming and going. He’s gone 15 minutes, comes back and continues with this multiple times.

And I wouldn’t even notice if it wasn’t for him being so loud. I get up at 4:30 every morning, and I am tired of being woken up at all hours of the night. I have tried reporting him to the police, but they insist it’s just my opinion, and I guess when your mother works for Butler Township he can’t be touched.

If there is a noise ordinance then why don’t altered cars fall under that? Fed up neighbor!!
