POLICE REPORTS

These items have been collected from various police departments.

Thursday — Chasidy M. Agostino, 27, of Harrisville and Jordan R. Zulick, 24, of Butler were both charged with having drug contraband stemming from a traffic-related call Oct. 24. Police said Agostino was driving the car that police found in the parking lot of a store on East Jefferson Street.

A search of the vehicle turned up four crack pipes, two spoons, Chore Boy copper scrubber and suspected marijuana, according to court documents. In addition to possession of drug paraphernalia, Agostino is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Jan. 6 — Police charged Jason T. Perry, 36, of Lyndora with having suspected heroin stemming from a traffic stop last month on the 800 block of East Jefferson Street. He was a passenger in a car that was stopped Dec. 9 for a faulty trail light.

Later, court documents said, police found 12 stamp bags of suspected heroin under the cushion where Perry was seated. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Dec. 9 — The state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement charged St. Cloud Hotel in East Brady, Clarion County, for violating the state liquor law. The business was cited for allegedly allowing liquor to be consumed off premises July 27. An administrative law judge will hear the case.
