Falcons pull off rare feat

A-C Valley has 2 players notch a triple-double

The A-C Valley boys basketball team pulled off a rarity against Forest Area on the road Friday night.

The Falcons had two players record a triple-double.

Levi Orton poured in 33 points and also added 12 rebounds and 10 steals and Eddie Stevanus pitched in 14 points, 11 rebounds and 10 steals as A-C Valley rolled 77-35.

Caleb Hartung and Mickey Kreinbucher both got lightning quick pins as Butler recorded a number of falls in a 54-18 win over Freedom.

Hartung pinned his opponent at 195 pounds in 12 seconds. Kreinbucher pinned his foe at 152 pounds in 13 seconds.

In all, the Golden Tornado had six pins.
