Organizers Amber Double and Shelly Barnhart contacted John Pistorius, coordinator of the Petroleum Valley Food Cupboard, for advice. The food cupboard offered them space in its distribution building at 120 Chestnut St.

Regular distribution will take place on the same day as the food cupboard distribution: the third Friday of each month.

Monetary donations can be sent to PVFC at P.O. Box 481, Bruin, PA 16022. For more information, or to donate clean, lightly used or new clothing, contact Amber Double at 412-614-1808 or Shelly Barnhart at 724-445-3093.
