Saxonburg church revives Christmas cantata concert
SAXONBURG — Saxonburg Memorial Presbyterian Church will host its 2019 Christmas Cantata at 7 p.m. Saturday inside the newer church building facing Main Street, located at 100 W. Main St.
The community is invited to hear the sounds of Christmas as the SMPC Festival Choir and Orchestra welcomes attendees in the spirit of the holidays.
The concert is the church's gift to the community, said Dan Byerly, director of music ministry for the church. The last Christmas concert hosted by Saxonburg Memorial was in 2016.
