8:08 p.m. Friday — Laura A. Winner, 29, was arrested after she allegedly assaulted her husband during a domestic dispute at their home on 200 block of East Brady Street. She is accused of pushing the victim onto the hood of a vehicle and ripping the driver's side mirror off it, and hitting the victim in the face.

Winner was arraigned on charges of simple assault and criminal mischief and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $2,500 bond.

7:15 p.m. Thursday — Scott D. Walter, 49, of Butler was arrested after police allegedly found him visibly intoxicated lying on a bench outside a North Main Street business. He was taken to the police station and placed in a holding cell.

According to court documents, police have “dealt with Walter on four other occasions involving similar circumstance dating to (Sept. 15).”

He later was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $2,000 bail.

Monday — Dylan D. Koedel, 21, of Sarver is charged with having an illegal spring-loaded knife while walking under the influence around 3:40 a.m. Nov. 29 on Crisswell Road in the area of Little Stone Lane.Police found Koedel while investigating a one-vehicle crash. Investigators determined he was a passenger in the vehicle and left. Before he was located, police were notified of a man, cold and shoeless, knocking on a home's door.It also turned out, police said, that he was wanted on a bench warrant.Koedel is charged with possession of a prohibited offensive weapon, pedestrian under the influence and public drunkenness.11:57 p.m. Friday — Jacob C. Fowler, 38, of Karns City was allegedly caught with marijuana and other contraband after a traffic stop at the Sheetz store on New Castle Road. He was a front-seat passenger in the vehicle.Police said he had a baggie of suspected marijuana, a marijuana grinder and pipe. He is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.9:02 p.m. Nov. 27 — William Leo Russel Jr., 37, of Butler was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital after a vehicle struck him on East Jefferson. Police said he was crossing the road on foot near Hospital Way when he was hit by the vehicle driven by Betty Staley-Dickey, 72, of Butler.Russel complained of back and leg pain.

Thursday — Tina M. Peck, 39, of West Sunbury was arrested for drugged driving stemming from a January traffic stop in Butler. Police said she was found Jan. 9 driving on West Penn Street, which was blocked at the time.A search of the pickup truck that Peck was driving allegedly turned up suspected cocaine and other contraband. Toxicology results from a blood test subsequently found she had cocaine, methadone and other drugs in her system, according to court documents.Peck is charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and careless driving.
