An Oct. 30, 2020, wedding is being planned by Sherri Ann Fawcett of Carnegie and Philip Wade Thompson of Carnegie.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of William Fawcett of Sarver and Gloria Fawcett of Templeton. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Vernon and Linda Thompson of West Sunbury.

The future bride is a 2003 graduate of Freeport High School. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008 and a master’s degree from Robert Morris University in 2013.

She is works in corporate international tax in Pittsburgh.

Her fiancé graduated in 2005 from Butler High School and in 2006 from Vet Tech Institute in Pittsburgh.

He is employed in the IT industry near Pittsburgh.
