Multiple fire crews battling a massive blaze in Penn Township
PENN TWP - Seven area fire departments are on scene of a massive blaze in Penn Township.
Shortly before 9 p.m., dispatchers started toning out for a fire at a commercial building located at 103 Hicks Road.
Crews from Butler, Penn, Connoquenessing, and Middlesex townships are on scene, as well as crews from Herman, Saxonburg and Evans City.
Eyewitnesses said the roof of the commercial building has collapsed. They also tell the Eagle the building is the site of an old glass factory.
