2:03 p.m. Saturday — Alyssa M. Lamberto, 19, of Butler was not injured when she tried to make a U-turn in front of a tractor-trailer as the two vehicles turned onto Route 422 East from the ramp from Interstate 79, police report. The 2001 Toyota Scion driven by Lamberto was damaged and came to a stop facing north in the intersection. Daren M. Chvala, 41, of Ford Cliff, Armstrong County, the driver of the tractor-trailer, also was uninjured. Lamberto was cited for an illegal U-turn.

12:31 p.m. Saturday — A hit-and-run crash occurred at the Eat'n Park restaurant at the Clearview Mall in Center Township. Police reports said the 2011 Dodge Ram driven by Andrew J. Jesteadt, 24, of Franklin Township hit a 2013 Ford Focus parked in a parking space at the restaurant. Police said Jesteadt fled the scene, but was later cited by troopers for not possessing required documents.

3:22 p.m. Friday — A tractor trailer struck the rear end of a stopped 2017 Chevy Silverado near the 89 mile marker on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township, injuring the driver of the Silverado. Police reports did not name either driver in the crash. The truck driver was not injured. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

7:36 a.m. Thursday — Franklin F. Delino, 20, of Verona was not injured when the 2005 Pontiac G6 he was driving failed to negotiate a bend on Watters Station Road in Forward Township and went off the opposite berm, police said. The car spun 90 degrees before hitting a tree stump, according to reports. Delino was cited for driving on the wrong side of the road.

5:28 a.m. Friday — A 2011 Chevy Impala struck two trees on Windy Point Road in Marion Township. The driver, Kevin E. Cornelius, 52, of Boyers was not cited. Police reports said he was not injured in the crash and was wearing a seat belt.

Wednesday — Troopers charged a 49-year-old female from Mentor, Ohio, with harassment after it was reported she struck a man in the head Tuesday night with an open hand. The victim, 63, of Slippery Rock, sustained a minor cut to the side of his head. Police reports did not name the woman who was arrested. The incident occurred on Angelspur Lane in Brady Township.

1:43 p.m. Wednesday — A 2014 Chevy Sonic traveling east on Route 138 near Campbell Road in Concord Township left the road, hit a ditch and had to be towed from the scene. Police cited the female 16-year-old driver, who was not named, with speeding. She was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries, police said. She was wearing a seat belt.

11:55 a.m. Oct. 28 — Ekastown Road in Clinton Township was the scene of a crash in which the driver a 2014 Ford F-150 XLT lost control of the truck and hit a utility pole. Richard A. Bolt, 46, of Butler was taken to an unknown hospital by Saxonburg EMS with suspected minor injuries. Bolt, who was wearing a seat belt, was cited for driving on the wrong side of the road. In addition to a tow truck, West Penn Power crews responded to the scene.

9:44 p.m. Friday — A Kittanning man who was found in possession of 17 stamp bags of heroin was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, according to documents. Police reports said the unnamed 27-year-old man was driving a 2005 Jeep Corporate on Route 28 North near Horseshoe Drive in South Buffalo Township when he was stopped by police.
