CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.

Ethan A. Vickers, 48, of Cranberry Township, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense and two counts of duties at a stop sign. Charges were filed Sept. 16 by Cranberry Township police.

Daniel R. Ventresca, 27, of Aliquippa, waived for court charges of conspiracy to use an access device, use of an access device, conspiracy to commit theft by deception, theft by deception, conspiracy to receive stolen property, receiving stolen property and retail theft. Charges were filed Nov. 2 by Cranberry Township police.

Sabrina Eisenberg, 46, of Pittsburgh, waived for court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Oct. 4 by Cranberry Township police. In a separate case, Eisenberg waived for court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, false identification to law enforcement and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Those charges were filed Oct. 1 by Cranberry Township police.

Jamey L. McGinnis, 47, of Pittsburgh, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, careless driving and driving at safe speed. Charges were filed April 17 by Cranberry Township police.

William M. Morris Jr., 36, of Washington, waived for court charges of criminal trespass, retail theft, operating a vehicle without a license and driving on a suspended license. Charges were filed Sept. 20 by Cranberry Township police.

Sarah M. Kyle, 25, of Mount Savage, Md., waived for court charges of aggravated assault, resisting arrest, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and harassment. Charges were filed Sept. 20 by Cranberry Township police.

James Scialabba, 30, of New Kensington, waived for court a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed Oct. 1 by Cranberry Township police.

Bryan F. Byrd, 50, of Cranberry Township, waived for court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed Sept. 19 by Cranberry Township police.

Kimberly A. Schmitt, 49, of Warren, Ohio, waived for court charges of theft of services, resisting arrest and aggravated assault. Charges were filed Aug. 19 by Cranberry Township police.

Brian S. Corridoni, 44, of New Kensington, waived for court a charge of procurement of drugs by fraud. The charge was filed Aug. 13 by Cranberry Township police.

Benjamin B. Cypher, 28, of Evans City, waived for court charges of DUI: controlled substance Schedule 2 or 3 first offense, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed July 19 by Cranberry Township police.

Timothy M. Foley, 39, of Pittsburgh, was held for court on charges conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, receiving stolen property and driving while suspended. Charges were filed Aug. 20 by Cranberry Township police.
