Marta Kristen played Judy Robinson and Mark Goddard played Maj. Don West in the classic TV show “Lost in Space.” They are both scheduled to attend this year's Monster Bash Oct. 18 to 20.

CRANBERRY TWP — Monster Bash, a salute to classic horror, sci-fi and fantasy films, returns Oct. 18 to 20 to the Marriott Pittsburgh North.

For 22 years, the convention has featured celebrities of the past, movie screenings and other activities.

This installment features a replica of the space ship and robot from “Lost in Space,” cast members from the landmark sci-fi series, a visit from Fay Wray's daughter, and two of the last living actors that can trace their careers back to the Universal Frankenstein film series.

The Jupiter Experience recreates the Jupiter 2 spaceship set as seen on “Lost in Space” which ran for three seasons from 1965 to 1968. An official replica of the famous B9 robot from the show by Gotham Cruisers will also be available for photo opportunities.

Guests can also meet two cast members from the series, Mark Goddard and Marta Kristen. Goddard played Maj. Don West, pilot of the Jupiter 2. He also has made numerous television guest spots.Kristen played the oldest child of the Robinson family. She also appeared on other television series.Guests can also meet Vicki Riskin, daughter of actress Fay Wray and screenwriter Robert Riskin. Wray had a career that spanned from the original “King Kong” to James Cameron's epic “Titanic” as the elder Rose.Other stars available for autographs and photos include Sharyn Moffett of “The Body Snatcher” with Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi and “Mr. Blandings Builds his Dream House” with Cary Grant.Hours are 9 a.m. to 3 a.m. Oct. 18, 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. June 19 and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 20. Andrew Prine appeared on TV in “V,” “Hawaii 5-0,” “Kolchak: The Night Stalker,” “The Invaders,” “Bonanza,” and “Gunsmoke,” to name a few. He is one of the celebrities attending Monster Bash Oct. 18 to 20.

Actress Heather Lowe appeared in “Battle for the Planet of the Apes,” “The Spiral Staircase” and “The Sixth Sense.” She is married to Andrew Prine. She will be at the Monster Bash Oct. 18 to 20.

Vicki Riskin, daughter of actress Fay Wray and screenwriter Robert Riskin, will be signing her book, “Fay Wray and Robert Risken — A Hollywood Memoir.”
