EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.

Cierra P. Kinney, 19, of New Castle, was held for court on four counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed June 27 by the Office of the Attorney General.

Frank J. Meyerl, 63, of Zelienople, waived for court charges of DUI: controlled substance impaired ability first offense, reckless driving and disregarding traffic lanes. Charges were filed July 31 by Evans City Seven Fields Regional police.

Shawn P. Kenney, 32, of Zelienople, waived for court two counts of possession of a controlled substance and seven counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Aug. 22 by Zelienople police.

Jeremy M. Dischman, 25, of Evans City, was held for court on charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, criminal mischief, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and accident causing damage to unattended vehicle or property. Charges were filed Aug. 14 by state police.

Jeffrey L. Harris, 61, of Harmony, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: general impairment first offense and careless driving. Charges were filed Aug. 17 by Zelienople police.

Sean P. Kelly, 26, of Gibsonia, waived for court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense and no rear lights. Charges were filed July 23 by Adams Township police.

Cynthia D. Ross, 23, of Butler, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, disregarding traffic lanes and operating a vehicle without require financial responsibility. Charges were filed Sept. 22 by Evans City Seven Fields Regional police.

Marc P. Himmelwright, 32, of Harmony, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended or revoked and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed Sept. 21 by Jackson Township police.

Cameron J. Vandevort, 35, of Harmony, waived for court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol second offense, DUI: general impairment of driving safely second offense, damaging real property by operating a motor vehicle and two counts of restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed Aug. 26 by Lancaster Township police.

Kimberly A. Fisher, 31, of Butler, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, careless driving, not using low beams, driving without a license and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed Sept. 3 by Jackson Township police.

Marc P. Himmelwright, 32, of Harmony, waived for court charges of driving while suspended and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Charges were filed Oct. 1 by Lancaster Township police.

Mikey J. Acevedo, 23, of Emporium, waived for court charges of receiving stolen property, DUI: controlled substance schedule 1 first offense, DUI: controlled substance impaired ability first offense, driving without a license and following too closely. Charges were filed Sept. 20 by state police.

April D. Hepner, 38, of New Alexandria, waived for court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol second offense, DUI: controlled substance combination of alcohol and drugs second offense, DUI: general impairment of driving safely second offense, improper stop and accident causing damage to unattended vehicle or property. Charges were filed Sept. 3 by Jackson Township police.

Tyler S. Mitro, 26, of Harmony, waived for court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol second offense, DUI: general impairment of driving safely second offense, disregarding traffic lanes and failure to keep right. Charges were filed Sept. 3 by Lancaster Township police.
