SENTENCINGS

Judge William Shaffer handed down the following sentences on Thursday:

Cynthia A. Sadler, 56, of Evans City was sentenced to six months of probation for possession of drug paraphernalia. Sadler was charged on Sept. 26, 2018, and pleaded guilty on July 10.

Robert P. Lawhead Jr., 56, of Butler was sentenced to one year of intermediate punishment with the first 30 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for recklessly endangering another person. Lawhead must also pay a $750 fine and serve 60 hours of community service. Lawhead was charged on March 13 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 23.

George E. Stevenson, 24, of Butler was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment with the first 105 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence. Stevenson also must pay a $1,500 fine. Stevenson was charged on Jan. 19, 2018, and pleaded guilty on June 4.

Travis Ray Duttine, 26, of East Brady was sentenced to 15 to 30 months in state prison for aggravated assault. Duttine was given 124 days of credit for time already served. Duttine was charged on Feb. 17 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 14.

Deonta Isaiah Frank-Wilks, 19, of Baltimore, Md., was sentenced to five and a half to 18 months in jail for two counts of simple assault. Receiving credit for time already served, Frank-Wilks was immediately paroled. Frank-Wilks was charged on April 4 and pleaded guilty on Sept. 10.

Sara Lynn Huey, 28, of Grove City was sentenced to six months of probation for driving under the influence. Huey must also pay a $300 fine and serve 60 hours of community service. She received credit for time already served. Huey was charged on April 18, 2017, and pleaded guilty on July 9.

George A. Ashbaugh, 57, of Butler was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment with the first year on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence. Ashbaugh must also pay a $2,500 fine and serve 150 hours of community service. Ashbaugh was charged on June 26, 2018, and pleaded guilty on Aug. 14.

Mark L. Powell, 54, of Mars was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment with the first 105 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence. Powell must also serve 60 hours of community service and pay a $1,500 fine. Powell was charged on Sept. 13, 2018, and pleaded guilty on July 10.

Megan J. Edwards, 41, of Butler was sentenced to three months to one year in jail followed by two years of probation for possession with intent to deliver. Edwards was given credit for time already served, allowing her to be immediately paroled. She must also pay a $200 fine. Edwards was charged on March 20 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 14.

Travis C. Sanderson, 30, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to one year of probation for receiving stolen property. Sanderson was charged on Dec. 11 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 14.

Renee M. Goughnour, 38, of Cranberry Township was sentenced to 15 months of probation for retail theft. Goughnour was charged on April 11 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 12.

John Mark Kowalewski, 28, of Karns City must pay $500 in fines for driving with a suspended license. Kowalewski was charged on March 11 and pleaded guilty on Sept. 10.

John M. Panyi, 42, of Pittsburgh was sentence to one year of probation for retail theft. Panyi was charged on Feb. 21 and pleaded guilty on Sept. 10.

Calvin Orlando Duehart Jr., 34, of Butler was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first 14 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence. Duehart must also serve 60 hours of community service and pay a $1,000 fine.

Dale Christopher Haslett Jr., 23, of South Park, Allegheny County, was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment with the first 105 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence. Haslett must also serve 100 hours of community service and pay a $1,500 fine. Haslett was charged on May 14 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 12.

Ryan Matthew Waller, 37, of Prospect was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first 32 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence. Waller must also pay a $750 fine and serve 60 hours of community service. Waller was charged on May 15 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 12.

Kimberly A. Weibel, 37, of Butler was sentenced to one year of probation and 25 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Weibel was charged on June 4, 2018, and pleaded guilty on Aug. 14. In a second case, Weibel was sentenced to 18 months of probation and 10 hours of community service for retail theft. Weibel was charged on Nov. 25 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 14. The two cases are running simultaneously.

Kaiden Jonathan Wade Young, 21, of Grove City was sentenced to one year of probation and 20 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance. Young was charged on Oct. 25 and pleaded guilty on July 9.

Cory Cumming, 29, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, was sentenced to two years of probation and a restitution order for conspiracy retail theft and retail theft. Cumming was charged on Oct. 23 and pleaded guilty on July 10.
