SENTENCINGS

Judge Timothy McCuneJudge Timothy McCune handed down the following sentences on Thursday:Tara L. Hockenberry, 27, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation and 25 hours of community service for possessing drug paraphernalia. Hockenberry was charged Jan. 14 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 13.Timothy L. Gilliland II, 29, of Butler was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first 42 days of house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence. He must also serve 60 hours of community service and pay a $750 fine. Gilliland was charged Feb. 19 and pleaded guilty on July 15.Adrian Q. Nicelli, 19, of Butler was sentenced to 18 months of probation and 20 hours of community service for receiving stolen property. Nicelli was charged Jan. 31 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 7.Mark E. Miller, 35, of Karns City was sentenced to one year of probation and 25 hours of community service for recklessly endangering another person. Miller was charged May 11 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 13.Andrea Lynn Budmark, 37, of Pittsburgh must pay a $50 fine for harassment. Budmark was charged Feb. 19 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 7.Hope E. Charlton, 33, of Butler was sentenced to one year of probation and 25 hours of community service for criminal conspiracy engaging in retail theft. Charlton was charged March 14 and pleaded guilty on July 23.Alice R. Conti, 62, of New Castle was sentenced to one year of intermediate punishment with the first three months on house arrest with electronic monitoring for retail theft. Conti must also serve 25 hours of community service. Conti was charged Feb. 19 and pleaded guilty on July 23.Shauna M. Cress, 33, of Butler was sentenced to one year of probation and 25 hours of community service for possessing a controlled substance. Cress was charged Nov. 19 and pleaded guilty on July 23. In a second case, Cress was sentenced to one year of probation and 25 hours of community service for possessing a controlled substance. Cress was charged March 18 and pleaded guilty on July 23. In a third case, Cress was sentenced to one year of probation and 25 hours of community service for possessing drug paraphernalia. Cress was charged April 12 and pleaded guilty on Sept. 10.Rick Allen Kriess Jr., 22, of East Butler was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail with immediate parole for possessing drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Kriess must also pay $1,700 total in fines and serve 60 hours of community service. Kriess was charged Dec. 6, 2017, and pleaded guilty on March 6.Gabrielle A. Marshall, 28, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first 42 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence. Marshall must also pay a $750 fine and serve 60 hours of community service. Marshall was charged April 25 and pleaded guilty Aug. 13.Bobbi Stiteler, 21, of Etna was sentenced to one year of probation, a restitution order and a $100 fine for conspiracy engaging in retail theft. Stiteler was charged Oct. 9 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 6.Irisely Glover, 37, of Butler was sentenced to one year of probation for possessing drug paraphernalia. Glover was charged Oct. 11, 2017 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 6.Michael J. Gladd, 48, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation for possessing drug paraphernalia. He received credit for time already served. Gladd was charged July 24, 2018 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 7.Mark E. Hauserman, 24, of Butler was sentenced to one year of probation for retail theft. Hauserman was charged Oct. 9 and pleaded guilty on July 30. In a second case, he was sentenced to one year of probation for retail theft. He was charged Oct. 29 and pleaded guilty on July 30. The two sentences are being served simultaneously, and in both cases he must pay restitution orders.William J. Deangelo, 36, of Butler was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment with the first nine months on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence. He must also serve 100 hours of community service and pay a $1,500 fine. Deangelo was charged Jan. 14 and pleaded guilty on June 18.
