Butler Township7:23 a.m. Sept. 12 — An underage driver was traveling west on McCalmont Road when she lost control and drove into the woods, hitting a tree and rolling over. The driver was treated at the scene for minor injuries.6:17 a.m. Sept. 12 — After investigating a disturbance on Delaware Drive, police charged Gary Koval, 38, of Butler with possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

State Police, Butler10:08 a.m. Sept. 9 — Legend Barlow, 27, of Butler is charged with stealing a Mathews Halon 32 compound bow, valued at $1,500 value, from the residence of a Petrolia man.
