A garage at 831 West Old Route 422 is a complete loss after it caught fire Friday afternoon.

FRANKLIN TWP — Emergency crews responded to a garage fire around 4:40 p.m. Friday.

The building at 831 West Old Route 422, quickly was fully involved and is a total loss.

A home located near the structure did not catch fire.

The road is shut down from Dick Road to about M& B Truck Repair.

Fire departments from Prospect, Unionville, Portersville, Butler Township and Slippery Rock responded.
