Butler runners win at SV

Sage Vavro ran a time of 16 minutes, 54 seconds to place first as the Butler boys cross country team earned a sweep of Seneca Valley (19-39) and Pine-Richland (15-47) Tuesday afternoon.

Four of the top five finishers were Butler runners.

On the girls side, Seneca Valley earned the sweep, beating Butler 22-37 and Pine-Richland 17-44.

Dylan Kirchner was the top finisher for the Raider girls, placing second with a time of 20:57.

Butler's Autumn Pettinato placed first overall with a time of 20:56.
