CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.

Christi M. Main, 36, of Ellwood City, waived to court charges of unauthorized use of an access device, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed July 10 by Cranberry Township police.

Taylor M. Rezzetano, 23, of Canonsburg, waived to court a charge of DUI: controlled substance combination of alcohol and drugs first offense. Charges were filed July 9 by Cranberry Township police.

Steven T. Kalcevic, 24, of Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of DUI: controlled substance combination of alcohol and drugs first offense and careless driving. Charges were filed June 28 by Cranberry Township police.

Eugene F. Ruhl, 66, of Wexford, waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense and DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense. Charges were filed July 9 by Cranberry Township police.

Jason Steighner, 37, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI: controlled substance combination drugs and alcohol first offense, resisting arrest and public drunkenness. Charges were filed July 10 by Cranberry Township police.

Dennis Schrecengost, 35, of Kittanning, waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and theft by deception. Charges were filed June 14 by Cranberry Township police.

Christopher D. Durick, 30, of Freedom, waived to court a charge of retail theft. The charges was filed July 31 by Cranberry Township police.

Courtney Hanus, 32, Pittsburgh, waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, conspiracy to receive stolen property and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed July 30 by Cranberry Township police.

Casey R. Klukaszewski, 19, of Mars, waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense and driving at safe speed. Charges were filed July 9 by Cranberry Township police.

Nicholas D. Kotula, 45, of Cranberry Township, was held for court on charges of false identification to law enforcement, improper muffler, operating without a valid inspection, display plate card improperly, driving unregistered, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and driving while suspended or revoked. Charges were filed July 10 by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional police.

Terrial D. Hudson, 31, of Beaver Falls, was held for court on a charge of bad checks. The charge was filed June 19 by Cranberry Township police.

Robert Rodenbeck, 49, waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense and driving while BAC .02 or greater while license is suspended. Charges were filed Aug. 8 by Cranberry Township police.

Lisa M. Martorano, 40, of Wexford, waived to court a charge of DUI: controlled substance combination of alcohol/drugs first offense. A charge of driving at safe speeds was withdrawn. Charges were filed April 11 by Cranberry Township police.

Zachary R. Falbo, 18, of Pittsburgh, was held for court on charges of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana — small amount for personal use, driving an unregistered vehicle and additional violation of medical marijuana act. Charges were filed July 10 by Cranberry Township police.

Dianna L. Franklin, 67, of Cranberry Township, waived to court a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed July 26 Cranberry Township police.
