SENTENCINGS

Judge Timothy McCune handed down the following sentences on Thursday:

William M. Mesko, 53, of Butler was sentenced to one year of probation, 25 hours of community service and ordered to pay a restitution for retail theft. Mesko was charged on Jan. 14 and pleaded guilty on July 9.

William D. Phillips, 47, of Akron was sentenced to 50 hours of community service and six months of probation for retail theft. Phillips was charged on Jan. 30 and pleaded guilty on July 9.

Timothy S. Weber, 42, of Ambridge was sentenced to 18 months of probation for conspiracy of theft. He must pay restitution of more than $10,000 and serve 25 hours of community service. Weber was charged on Aug. 22, 2018 and pleaded guilty on June 12.

Daniel N. Mukaabya, 32, of Butler was sentenced to 18 months of probation for theft. He must also pay an order for restitution. Mukaabya was charged on March 22 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 15.

Robert Hahn, 29, of Evans City was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment for retail theft. Hahn must pay a restitution order and serve 25 hours of community service. Hahn was charged Feb. 6 and pleaded guilty on July 9.

Michael Westcott, 20, of Greenville was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first seven days on house arrest. He must also pay a $500 fine and serve 60 hours of community service. Westcott was charged on Nov. 21, 2017, and pleaded guilty on July 2.
