BUFFALO TWP — Sarver resident Ken Schaltenbrand clinched his first-ever points championship Friday night during Fab Four racing at Lernerville Speedway.

Schaltenbrand finished second to Jared Miley in the Late Model feature, gaining enough points to wrap up the title. He has been racing at Lernerville for more than 20 years.

AJ Flick won the Sprint feature, beating Sarver's Carl Bowser to the checkered flag. Flick, 26, followed that up with a third-place finish Saturday night at Port Royal Speedway in Juniata.

Flick's win Friday was his third at Lernerville this season.

Dave Murdick claimed his first feature win of the year in the Modified division, beating out John Mollick and Rex King Jr. Friday's results left King and Brian Swartzlander tied with 351 points atop the Modified standings.

Lernerville's Fab Four and points season wraps up this Friday night.

Joey Zambotti won the Pro Stocks feature with Tyler Dietz finishing second.

There were 71 cars in the pits.
