CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.

Zachary A. Kooser, 20, of Cranberry Township was held for court on four counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, two counts of criminal use of a communication facility and two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed June 6 by Butler County detectives.

Eric L. Rahm, 51, of Baden was held for court on charges of DUI: controlled substance or metabolite first offense and careless driving. Charges were filed May 14 by Cranberry Township police.

Dustin P. Geagan, 23, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, failure to keep right, turning movements and required signals, careless driving, no headlights and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection. A charge of disregarding traffic lanes was dismissed. Charges were filed May 16 by state police.

Cari C. Hall, 47, of Natrona Heights waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense and DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense. Charges were filed July 23 by Cranberry Township police.

William X. Stanley, 25, of Ambridge waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, criminal use of a communication facility and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. A charge of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver was withdrawn. Charges were filed June 11 by Butler County detectives.

Lisa Divittorio, 21, of Pittsburgh waived to court six counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, three counts of criminal use of a communication facility, and four counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed May 24 by the Office of the Attorney General.

Joseph R. Birsa, 41, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of simple assault. The charge was filed July 1 by Cranberry Township police.

Crystal R. Hayes, 41, no address listed, waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, conspiracy to receive stolen property, receiving stolen property and driving while suspended or revoked. Charges were filed July 9 by Cranberry Township police.

Tara C. Purcell, 40, no address listed, waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, conspiracy to receive stolen property and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed July 9 by Cranberry Township police.

Jackie Koering, 34, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed March 28 by Cranberry Township police.

Kameron W. Moore, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a firearm without a license and operating with unsafe equipment. Charges were filed June 4 by state police.

Kerrie J. McMillen, 42, of Aliquippa waived to court charges of DUI: controlled substance schedule 1 first offense, DUI: controlled substance metabolite first offense, DUI: controlled substance impaired ability first offense, disregarding traffic lanes, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, and marijuana small amount of personal use. Charges were filed June 12 by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional police.

Thomas J. Creedon, 57, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense and DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense. A charge of careless driving was withdrawn. Charges were filed June 11 by Cranberry Township police.

Andrew Mounsey, 28, of McKees Rocks was held for court on charges of DUI: controlled substance schedule 1 first offense, DUI: controlled substance impaired ability first offense, and driving while suspended or revoked. Charges were filed May 14 by Cranberry Township police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.Matthew J. Wyzykowski, 36, of Callery was held for court on charges of accident involving death or injury while not licensed, DUI: highest rate of alcohol third offense, DUI: general impairment of driving safely third offense, driving while BAC .02 or greater without license, careless driving, driving at unsafe speed and disregarding traffic lanes. Charges were filed May 22 by Adams Township police.Matthew J. Shreckengost, 41, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, and DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense. Charges were filed July 27 by Adams Township police.Nicholas E. Abbott Jr., 24, of Butler was held for court on charges of homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, prohibiting text-based communications, careless driving, following too closely and reckless driving. Charges were filed May 13 by Lancaster Township police.Jacob A. Ellis, 30, of Marietta, Ga., waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, failure to keep right and operating with unsafe equipment. Charges were filed June 20 by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional police.Antoine R. Pollard, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense. A charge of DUI: general impairment of driving safely second offense was changed. Charges were filed July 8 by Jackson Township police.
