SENTENCINGS

Judge Timothy McCune handed down the following sentences recently:

Eric Barlow, 29, of McKeesport was sentenced to a total of two to six years in jail for three separate cases. In the first case, he was sentenced to three to six months in jail for driving under the influence, but he was immediately paroled. He also has to serve 60 hours of community service and pay a $500 fine. He was charged on April 26, 2017, and pleaded guilty on July 9. In a second case, Barlow was sentenced to three to six months in jail for simple assault. He was immediately paroled. Barlow was charged on Sept. 11, 2017, and pleaded guilty on July 9, 2018. In a third case, Barlow was sentenced to two to six years in jail for possession with intent to deliver cocaine.

Robert P. Kummer, 49, of Butler was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment with the first nine months in jail for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Kummer must also serve an additional 90 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring. He must pay $1,500 in fines and serve 150 hours of community service. Kummer was charged on Jan. 17 and pleaded guilty on July 12.

Larry J. Dambach, 44, of Tionesta was sentenced to 18 months of probation for forgery and must also pay a restitution order. Dambach was charged on Nov. 5, 2018, and pleaded guilty on July 9.

Edward C. Brazell, 31, of McKees Rocks was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first 90 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.2 percent with a suspended license. Brazell must serve an additional 90 days on house arrest. He must also serve 60 hours of community service and pay $1,300 in fines. Brazell was charged on July 26, 2017, and pleaded guilty on Jan. 9.

William Fowler, 61, of Butler was sentenced to one year of probation and 25 hours of community service for making a statement under penalty. Fowler was charged on Feb. 4 and pleaded guilty on July 9.

Robin A. Grubor, 36, of Butler was sentenced to three years of intermediate punishment with the first 90 days on house arrest and 25 hours of community service for retail theft. Grubor was charged on Oct. 29, 2018, and pleaded guilty on April 10.

Madison S. Hollins, 22, of Bellefonte was sentenced to three months to a year in jail and one year of probation for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Hollins’ jail and probation sentences are running simultaneously. She must also serve 25 hours of community service. Hollins was charged on Oct. 16, 2018, and pleaded guilty on July 19.

Dewayne M. Brown, 40, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to one year of intermediate punishment with the first three months on house arrest with electronic monitoring. He must also serve 25 hours of community service. He was charged on Aug. 11, 2018, and he pleaded guilty on July 23.
