POLICE REPORTS

The following items are from various police departments:

12:22 a.m. July 23 — David Fair, 52, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence after he allegedly drove his car into a ditch near 723 Unionville Road. Police took him into custody.

1:40 p.m. Aug. 16 — Police said they were called to Butler Memorial Hospital for a report of a patient possessing illegal drugs. Police charged Julie Lascuola, 36, of Butler with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after they said they found a stamp bag with heroin residue on her.4:07 p.m. Aug. 14 — A car being driven by Dean Allison, 82, of Butler was rear-ended by a car being driven by Elizabeth Williamson, 25, of Butler, according to police, while Allison was trying to make a left onto Westbrook Drive. Butler Ambulance responders evaluated the drivers, and both vehicles were towed.2:58 p.m. Aug. 14 — Mary E. Halahurich, 70, of Renfrew was charged with public drunkenness and restrictions on alcoholic beverages after police said she was found drunk and holding an open can of beer in the Sheetz parking lot on 249 Pittsburgh Road. Police noted that she exhibited signs of being drunk and she had to get a ride home.

12:50 to 1:01 a.m. Aug. 5 — A 57-year-old man was the victim in a domestic dispute on Route 18 in Wilmington Township. Kelsey Meyers, 23, of Butler was cited for harassment after an investigation allegedly showed that a physical altercation occurred between Meyers and the man. Police reports describe the two as a couple.
