A Butler County man is charged in Luzerne County with sending more than a dozen nude photos of his ex-girlfriend to other men through Facebook.

When police confronted Roy J. Yanvary, 44, about distributing the photos to two people, he told them that he "must have been drunk and pissed off at her," according to a police complaint. Yanvary is charged with two misdemeanor counts of selling obscene/sexual materials.

The victim told police that she was in a relationship with Yanvary between June 2018 and April. During that time, she said she wasn't aware that he had allegedly taken nude photos of her.
