SENTENCINGS

Judge William ShafferJudge William Shaffer handed down the following sentences on Thursday:Zachary S. Henshaw, 29, of Butler was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first 14 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence. Henshaw also must pay a $750 fine and serve 60 hours of community service. Henshaw was charged on Feb. 25 and pleaded guilty on June 21.Adam Logan, 35, of Gibsonia was sentenced to one year of probation and a $100 fine for theft. Logan was charged on Dec. 29, 2017, and pleaded guilty on June 24.Jessie L. Dick, 39, of Prospect was sentenced to three years of intermediate punishment with the first six months on house arrest with electronic monitoring for possession with intent to deliver. Dick was fined $300. Dick was charged on Aug. 1, 2018, and pleaded guilty on May 1.Nicholas J. Ehrhart, 33, of Gibsonia was sentenced to one year of probation and must pay a restitution order for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Ehrhart was charged on Nov. 26 and pleaded guilty on June 4.Colleen M. Baptiste, 34, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Baptiste was charged on July 30, 2018, and pleaded guilty on June 4.Denise Lynn Koebler, 42, of Butler was sentenced to one year of probation and must serve 60 hours of community service for endangering another person. Koebler was charged on March 26, 2018, and pleaded guilty on June 21.Jerry L. Roy. 67, of Butler was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first 14 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence and driving during suspension. Roy must pay $1,200 in fines and serve 60 hours of community service. Roy was charged on Jan. 8 and pleaded guilty on June 10.Raven Marie Kurtz, 35, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to one year of probation for retail theft. Kurtz was charged on June 3, 2018, and pleaded guilty on June 10. In a second case, Kurtz was sentenced to one year of probation for retail theft. She was charged on June 27, 2018, and pleaded guilty on June 10. In both cases, she must pay restitution orders. The sentences in both cases are running simultaneously.
