Wearing, 36, will appear in front of Magistrate David T. Kovach on Aug. 9 on charges he was touching himself in his vehicle while staring at a woman in the parking lot of the Lowe’s on Route 228 on May 10.Vernon Majewski, of Harmony, was found hiding in a bush wearing just his socks and shoes, police said. According to Officer Eric Meyers’ affidavit, the 49-year-old was found when someone called about a suspicious person. He allegedly tried fleeing by entering a locked, marked police car.
