These items have been collected from various police departments.

2:21 p.m. Saturday — Warren L. Blair, 62, of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, was charged with speeding after his 2013 Hyundai Elantra hydroplaned on I-79 in Muddy Creek Township and struck a guide rail.

May 29 to June 28 — Two flags were stolen when thieves removed the flagpole and cut off the flags on the Fairview Township property of Edward Crawford. The flags were valued at about $20.

10:19 p.m. Friday — A 1997 Ford Expedition driven by Aaron M. Schwartz, 38, of Kennerdell struck a guide rail on the east side of Route 8 in Slippery Rock Township and rolled over after Schwartz allegedly failed to stop at the intersection at Route 108. The vehicle came to rest on the side of Route 8. Schwartz declined medical evaluation, but was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.

4:14 p.m. Thursday — A 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan driven by James E. Fitzpatrick, 32, of Butler struck the rear of a 2017 Honda HRV driven by Amanda R. Wild, 29, of Valencia, who was stopped at the red light on Saxonburg Boulevard in the westbound lane. Fitzpatrick was cited for following too closely. No injuries were reported.

3:30 p.m. Tuesday — A rear-end accident rendered two vehicles undrivable in Jefferson Township. A 2002 Honda Accord driven by Keith R. Robinson, 35, of Butler was stopped on Freeport Road facing north and waiting to make a left turn when a 2003 Hyundai Sonata driven by Jeffrey G. Firestone, 62, of Petrolia, struck the Accord from behind. Firestone was charged with following too closely.

12:38 p.m. Saturday — A 2003 GMC Envoy driven by Timothy S. Stewart of Boyers was damaged and his passenger injured when a 2017 Ford Focus driven by George T. Downs, 30, of Grove City swerved into oncoming traffic on Cranberry Road in Pine Township. Police reports say Downs became distracted and swerved into the oncoming lane when he realized traffic in front of him had stopped. K.P. Stewart, 59, also of Boyers, was taken to Grove City Medical Center after complaining of a wrist injury. All involved were wearing seat belts. Downs was charged with unknown violations.
