Sipp, 24, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct filed June 5 by state police.Michael R. John, 26, of Sarver waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, harassment and disorderly conduct filed May 28 by state police.Alan T. Rowe, 55, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and terroristic threats filed May 25 by Saxonburg Borough police.James E. Mathis, 28, of Ford City waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving filed April 8 by state police.Joseph R. Hart, 59, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and restrictions on alcoholic beverages filed April 29 by Middlesex Township police.Kevin Delehanty, 62, of Cranberry Township waived to court six counts of cruelty to animals filed May 3 by Butler County humane police.Julene W. Vidic, 53, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI, fleeing, disregarding lane, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, and eight counts of recklessly endangering another person filed April 3 by Middlesex Township police.Robert G. Hahn, 28, of Evans City waived to court charges of drug paraphernalia, DUI, operating vehicle without ignition interlock, disregarding lane, and driving with blood-alcohol content .02 or greater while license suspended filed April 22 by state police.Denise L. Platt, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and public drunkenness charges filed Feb. 25 by state police.

BUTLER TWP — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Kevin O'Donnell.James P. Consolaro, 37, of Springdale waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy filed March 29 by Butler Township police.Scott C. Lowers, 41, of Leechburg waived to court charges of DUI, driving on right side of road and careless driving filed May 8 by state police.Bhupenn B. Chand, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and approaching an oncoming vehicle filed April 22 by state police.Olivia M. Grandeis, 28, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and DUI filed May 1 by state police.Chad D. Caldwell, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of drug paraphernalia, DUI, driving while suspended, driving on right side of road and careless driving filed April 22 by state police.Terry Williams, 55, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia filed May 8 by Butler County Drug Task Force.Charles L. Henry, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and operating vehicle without ignition interlock filed Feb. 1 by Butler Township police.Ryan T. Moore, 40, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge and was ordered to pay $467 in fines and costs. Charges were filed April 22 by Butler Township police.Christopher W. Schmidt, 41, of Franklin pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay a $601 fine and costs. Charges were filed May 20 by Butler Township police.
