Motorcyclst taken to hospital after Parker Twp. accident

PARKER TWP — A motorcyclist was seriously injured after striking a guard rail Monday afternoon on Route 268 near Tanker Lane.

An emergency services official said the call was dispatched around 3:35 p.m., and the patient was unresponsive as emergency services arrived on scene.

Emergency responders were preparing medevac services.

Pennsylvania State Police were called to the scene, along with the Bruin and Parker fire departments.

The motorcyclist's name has not been released yet.
