Zachary D. Ilgen, 22, of Worth Township, who was behind the wheel of the car, had to be flown to a Pittsburgh hospital.Fifteen months after the crash, police have accused Ilgen of deliberately driving his vehicle into the truck.According to court documents, before the collision he allegedly told a woman that he was “going to crash his car and die.”He is reportedly still hospitalized and will be arraigned in August on felony assault and other charges that police filed last week.Authorities said Ilgen was traveling west on Route 108 near Ashley Lane, just after 5 a.m. March 1, 2018, when his car crossed into the opposing lane, colliding with an eastbound triaxle truck.
