Doug Cloutier throws an inaugural disc at the official grand opening Saturday of the disc golf course in North Boundary Park in Cranberry Township. Cloutier helped design the course and is a member of the Pittsburgh Flying Disc Society. While pins have been up since last summer, township officials and volunteers recently put finishing touches on the course, including tee boxes and course signage.
